Show Schedule

The three day show is held at the Visalia Convention Center at 303 E. Acequia Street which provides over 44,000 square feet of space for over 220 booths. Show hours are:

 Friday, November 7—5:00pm to 9:00pm

Very Important Buyers Night Pre-sale Party

Saturday, November 8—9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, November 9—9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

FRIDAY

Doors open at 7 am on Friday morning for vendor check-in and set up. All booths must be set up by 4 pm.

Vendor dinner is served at 3:30 pm to vendors with a dinner ticket. Two dinner tickets are included with the booth rent.

Additional tickets may be purchased for dinner by vendors only for $12.00.

Doors open for the pre-sale show at 5 pm and close at 9 pm. VIB tickets for our attendees are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.

Saturday

Doors open at 7:30 am for vendors to re-stock their booths. Vendors are expected to be in their booths no later than 9 am for the 9:30 opening.

Doors close at 5:00 pm.

Sunday

Doors open at 7:30 am for vendors to re-stock their booths. Vendors are expected to be in their booths no later than 9 am for the 9:30 opening.

Vendors are expected to be in their booths until the 4 pm closing. Early breakdown is not permitted.
